I'm Chayanee Ubol, Founder of Pivotal Shifts.  I partner with founders and leadership teams to build high-performing organizations through strategic people leadership, operational excellence, and AI-enabled transformation.

Throughout my career, I've led People functions in fast-growing organizations, guided teams through periods of rapid scale and change, and helped companies build the foundations needed for long-term success. Most recently, I helped support MikMak through a significant stage of growth and a successful exit, an experience that reinforced the importance of aligning people, leadership, and execution.

I combine executive-level strategy with a hands-on approach to implementation. Whether serving as a Fractional leader, optimizing workforce operations, scaling global teams, or helping organizations embrace AI, my goal is simple: help leaders create momentum during PIVOTAL Shifts.
